This hire agreement relates to the person, persons, or company hiring the goods, referred to as "the hirer" and My Little Beauty. Placing an order with us verbally, via e-mail, or by phone, or any other method of communication constitutes you having read, understood and agreed to the following terms and conditions. Please read this document carefully. Upon entering into this agreement, you the hirer agree to be bound by the terms within. All goods within My Little Beauty remain the property of My Little Beauty at all times during the hire period. All bookings are subject to acceptable access for the trailer and the pick-up truck. The hirer must inform us of any difficulties regarding access at the time of booking. Please note we can not be held responsible for any road closures or diversions that may restrict access to your venue or delay our arrival. Whilst we will endeavour to site the trailer where the hirer requests it, we are bound by traffic restrictions and therefore cannot block access to other private property or park in any restricted areas. If access is unsuitable at the hirer's chosen site, a location as near to the site will be offered as an alternative. With our 4X4 we are able go off-road and, subject to access and suitable terrain, we are able to site the trailer on grass. When requesting the trailer to go to a business address, hotel, Retail Park or private land, the hirer must provide full address details and a contact name of the person at that site who has given permission for My Little Beauty to attend. Only once My Little Beauty has verified approval can the booking be confirmed at that venue. We can provide copies of all relevent paperwork including public liability for the venue on request. Please note the trailer is a single axle, 1.8 ton, 27ft long (8.2M) and 7ft 6" (2.3M) wide, with American right-hand side door opening access. The pick-up truck is 14ft long (4.3M) and 6ft 6" (2M) wide. The trailer can be unhitched and sited as a stand-alone vehicle when electric hook-up is available (single or 3 phase). We also have a 6.5KVA super silent generator for back-up use located in the pick-up vehicle. We operate in all weather throughout the year. In extreme weather conditions we will liase closely with the hirer to ascertain the viability of attending the event. If we are unable to attend the event the hirer will be offered alternative dates to choose from. If the hirer declines another date no deposit is refundable. We cannot be held responsible for delays in attending your event caused by accidents, road closures, traffic, terrorism, riot or any other circumstances out of our control. In such circumstances we will closely liase with the hirer to give an estimated time of arrival, or in extreme situations an alternative date. If the hirer declines another date no deposit is refundable. At all times our website displays our individual treatment brochure pricing. Individual treatments are only available for booking when My Little Beauty is sited at a public event or workplace and is open to the general public. From time to time My Little Beauty may offer additional special offers and event pricing as displayed at each festival or fete. In the event of a price rise, all individual beauty treatments booked will be charged at the new price with immediate effect. However all private pamper party bookings that are confirmed with a deposit, will be charged at the rate agreed at the time of booking.
Pamper party pricing and private bookings. Please note there is a minimum call-out for our Princess and Glamour Girl children's parties of £290 for bookings made within a 10 mile radius of Darlington, Co Durham. This price is based on 8 girls, including the party child. *If there are less than 8 girls then we will redistribute the spare treatments among the girls. However if you require more than 8 girls; additional guests are charged at £35 per guest. We can have a maximum of 12 guests. Our Teenage Skincare Parties start at £300 for 5 girls, with additional guests charged at £50 per guest. Please note: Mileage charges may also apply depending on location, based on 50p per mile round-trip. For parties outside the North East please contact us for a bespoke quotation based on half day or full day hire. Pricing Structure 2022 Further discounts available for larger groups. We can also tailor our pampering to suit your requirements with "taster treatments" available for groups of 20-50+.

We offer ONE or TWO thirty minute treatment packages to suit your needs and budget.
Minimum 4-7 ladies. ONLY available as 2 x 30 minute treatments per person for £70 each
8-10 ladies: £50 per person. SPECIAL OFFER: Upgrade to two treatments each for just £15 more!
11-15 ladies: £45 per person. SPECIAL OFFER: Upgrade to two treatments each fro just £15 more!

Please refer to our corporate brochure in the first instance. The Airstream comes as standard with a fully insured tow vehicle and experienced driver. The Airstream trailer can be hired purely as a stand-alone corporate vehicle and branded to your requirements - ideal for new product launches, retail display, roadshows, media and PR campaigns and corporate hospitality use. My Little Beauty can also be supplied as a fully functioing beauty salon complete with qualified insured staff and bespoke beauty treatments to suit your requirements. We provide a range of corporate hire options from 1 day to roadshows.The Airstream can be branded internally as well as externally. Please contact us to discuss your branding needs.
We require a £40 non-refundable deposit to secure all pamper party bookings within the North East of England. Payment can be made by debit or credit card payment over the phone. We accept bank transfers. We do not accept cheques. Bookings outside the North East require a £100 booking fee as a deposit.
Children's party balances are due on the date of the event. Extra guests can be accommodated on the day and your balance adjusted accordingly. We accept cash and also have full debit and credit card facilities on board the Airstream. We do not accept cheques. Adult pamper parties balances are due 14 days prior to your event. Adult pamper parties are priced according to final guest numbers and there is no reduction for non-attending guests. Treatments booked and paid for can be transferred to other guests. There is no cash alternative.
Corporate bookings are bespoke to each client and priced according to your needs. All corporate bookings are invoiced and payable within 7 days prior to the booking start date. Bacs details are supplied with all invoices to enable faster payment options. Unless prior approval has been sought, along with 2 trade references, the full balance is payable upfront. Only once cleared funds have been received will My Little Beauty attend the hirers event. This is non-negotiable. We have the right to add a late payment fee of £25 to all outstanding invoices. It is the hirer's responsibility to ensure the account is paid in full.
All cancellations by the hirer must be made via a phone-call or e-mail. Messages must clearly state the booking name, date and a contact number so the cancellation can be confirmed back to the hirer. Text messages are unacceptable means of cancellation. All cancellations must give 14 days notice or the remaining balance is payable.
In the event of My Little Beauty having to cancel a booking due to accident, technical or mechanical faults with the Airstream or the tow vehicle, or staff accident or illness the company endeavours to immediately source a solution to enable the hirers booking to continue. All options will be explored to minimise any disruption or delays. We will endeavour to liase closely all updates with the hirer so temporary measures are able to be put in place. If in the extreme event My Little Beauty is unable to go ahead with the booking all deposits will be returned. If the booking has commenced and had to be cut short due to technical*, mechanical*or staff accident* or illness* and we are unable to continue with the booking a refund is payable on the unused proportion of the booking minus expenses. All additional costs incurred by the hirer for the booking period are not covered by this refund. The hirer is advised to seek their own insurance cover for this contingency. *This list is not exhaustive.
Cancellations made six months before the hire date will be reimbursed their deposits in full.
All beauty products used are subject to availability from the supplier, and may be substituted for an alternative without prior notice. Children's party bag contents change from time to time, and where possible a similar product to the one advertised will be offered, or an alternative sourced to the same value.
Hot and cold food may be brought onto the Airstream by the hirer and consumed inside the trailer. This remains the responsibility of the hirer at all times. Party food boxes are provided for children's parties to minimise the use of plates and glass. A complimentary soft drinks package is also provided. Any additional drinks, including alcohol for the consumption of guests over 18, may also be brought on board the Airstream and remains the responsibility of the hirer. Corporate events, media launches and hospitality based pamper hire which includes alcohol consumption will require the hirer obtaining a temporary event licence to cover their event. My Little Beauty does not hold a personal liquor licence. Please use paper or plastic glasses where practicle to minimise glass within the salon.
If during the hire period, any damage, loss or theft is sustained to any fixtures and fittings, or to the Airstream trailer itself by any guests, attending parents or persons connected to the hirer, the hirer will become liable for that damage, loss or theft and agree to reimburse My Little Beauty for the full cost of said damage or loss. The cost to repair any damage incurred to the Airstream, externally and internally, due to branding application or removal will be charged to the hirer. Damage by external third party is covered under our own insurance and the hirer is not liable for that.
My Little Beauty has full documentation covering the following;
It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure younger guests are escorted safely to and from the trailer. We would ask that any bags, shoes, and party presents are stored safely off the floor and do not cause obstructions. A cloakroom is available for coat storage. All children using the restroom must be able to use the facilities by themselves as our staff do not assist one-on-one.
We do allow candles to be lit for Birthday cakes but under no circumstances do we allow firecrackers, sparklers, party bombs, and fountain or volcano candles.
From time to time we may take photographs at events for publishing on our social media sites. We will never highlight an individual child, address or give personal information, and will check with the party hirer for final confirmation. Please note our children's party invitations inform the parents of this, with an option to not participate if preferred.
Please note we do not tolerate any physical or verbal abuse, fighting or drunken behaviour on My Little Beauty. We reserve the right to remove any such person(s) who behave in this manner. Any children who have been cautioned twice to calm down from boisterous, offensive or disruptive behaviour which affects our ability to perform beauty treatments by causing inappropriate rocking, bouncing or wobbling of the trailer will be asked to leave the trailer at the third request. In extreme circumstances if the hirer is unable to control their guests, My Little Beauty reserves the right to end the booking with the full cost due payable by the hirer.
Please note by accepting an invitation to attend a My Little Beauty pamper party you are giving parental consent to have the treatments outlined in our under 15's treatment range.
Please inform us prior to the start of any treatments if you have any known allergies or sensitivities. Whilst every effort is taken to source and use age-appropriate, natural, non-toxic products for our clients we recognise that individual sensitivity varies from person to person. If during the course of using our products a reaction occurs we will remove the product immediately and apply cool soothing pads. In the event of continued discomfort we would advise you to contact your GP or health practitioner.
