Do we come to you, or does the trailer come to us?
We come to you! As long as access is fine we are able to park on your driveway or outside your house for private bookings. However if space is tight we can agree a nearby location that is suitable for you and your guests.
How far do you travel?
We are based in Darlington, Co Durham with easy access to the A1, A66 and A19 therefore we can travel in every direction with ease! Whilst the majority of our business is in the North East, we are available to travel anywhere in the UK.
What days are you available?
We are available seven days a week, day or evening.
What is the latest time you work to on an evening?
Each party booking will depend on the number of guests and the exact treatment range chosen. You will be given an estimated time your party will finish during your quotation.
What times do you offer children's parties?
Weekends are our busiest times so early booking is recommended. We offer 2 parties a day on weekends, 11am-1pm and 3pm-5pm. On school days we offer 1 party a day after school, starting at a time to suit you. Popular start times include 3.30pm, 4pm, 4.30pm, 5pm, 5.30pm or 6pm.
Is it ok to have younger brothers and sisters on the trailer who are not part of the main party?
We would ask that an adult stay with very young children at all times if they are watching the party. There is no charge for watching! However if you request that child to then have treatments and join in the party, there would be a £25 additional child rate payable.
How noisy is your generator?
We run all our power from a 'super-silent' propane generator. We specifically chose this model to minimise any noise and discomfort during any of our treatments including massage. It is also suitable to operate it in residential areas without disturbing your neighbours.
We would like to book you to attend our club event but the organisers are very strict with health and safety. Do you have insurance?
Yes, we have full public liability insurance. We also have product, treatment and employer liability insurance too. We have full risk assessment documentation, fire extinguishers and first aid. Copies can be made available of all our health and safety documentation for you records.
Can food and drink, including alcohol be consumed on the trailer?
We are happy for party food and drink to be brought onboard, and supply 'Happy Meal' style party food boxes for this purpose for children's parties. Adults over the age of 18 are more than welcome to have alcohol at their parties. Please see our terms and conditions regarding behaviour.
Do you accept card payments?
We accept all major debit and credit cards.
